Building a Better Streng

For the last 6 months or so, we’ve been taking a hard look at ourselves, focusing on who we are, what we do, and how we can be the best we can be (corny, I know.) We’ve spent countless hours talking about what we believe, our strengths as an agency, and what things we would like to change and how we can evolve and be the agency that we know we can be.

Our first item that we unanimously agreed upon was redoing our website. We spent about four months designing & developing our new site, along with strengthening our web presence. Next up was creating a better work environment, one that encourages and inspires creativity. We’ve been hard at work remodeling our studio… painting, redecorating, hanging new artwork, and buying really cool vintage pieces (if you haven’t stopped by to see us lately, you really should. Come check out our updated office and maybe we’ll even buy you lunch). Now our focus is to look at how we do things and how we can improve, define our process, and work better. Why?

There’s a reason for all of this. More accurately, lots of reasons.

One thing that’s rare about Streng is that every single person on our team truly cares about the work we do and the solutions we provide for our clients. We constantly ask ourselves, “is this best solution for our client?”. If you could sit in on one of our creative meetings, you would find that we’re a group of very passionate creatives, dedicated to our craft in every way, and dedicated to our clients.

At the moment, we’re working on a self-promotion project for Streng, and it’s another step in defining the reasons behind what we do, our strategies, why we design and how we can develop better solutions for our clients. It will convey all of the messages that we preach, in a simple and impactful way. In the coming weeks, stayed tuned for a glimpse into one of our most exciting projects to date. We can’t say much at the moment, but we think our clients and potential clients will be very impressed with a new and re-focused Streng.

So what does all of this mean? It means we’re becoming a better agency. It means better client relationships, and better solutions for our clients. It means we’re dedicated to our craft, and dedicated to providing the best solutions we can. That’s the essence of this little design firm that has big ideas. That’s the essence of Streng.
